Yeah I've been a huge fan of Tanaka for a long time, I wrote about him quite a bit on my old blog. Big shame the move to Kortrijk didn't work out but as you said, interested to see how he does at Sanfrecce as he still has more than enough time to attempt Europe again!
Great post. I looked at him for an article on the Analytics FC site (although in nowhere near as much detail) and reached the same conclusions
